These Terms & Conditions govern your use of TouchMe+, including our website, booking platform, and related services for room booking and expanding transport booking services in Sri Lanka. By accessing or using TouchMe+, you agree to these Terms.
TouchMe+ is a Sri Lankan technology platform that connects users with accommodation providers, room owners, hotels, and transport operators. At present, room booking services are live, while bus booking services are expanding and may be introduced or updated gradually.
Cancellation and refund rules may differ depending on whether the booking is for accommodation or future transport services, and may also vary by provider.
Hotels, room owners, property providers, and transport operators are responsible for the services they offer, including availability, condition, safety, service quality, and operational compliance. TouchMe+ acts as a platform and is not the direct provider of accommodation or transport.
TouchMe+ shall not be liable for losses, delays, cancellations, damages, injuries, missed connections, room condition disputes, or service failures caused by third-party providers. Our maximum liability, where legally applicable, shall not exceed the amount paid through our platform for the relevant booking.
TouchMe+ is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or failure to provide services due to causes beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, weather events, strikes, fuel shortages, government actions, emergencies, or technical disruptions.
We may add, remove, suspend, or update any service, including room booking and transport booking features, without prior notice where necessary.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for fraud, misuse, abusive conduct, false information, or violations of these Terms.
Any disputes relating to TouchMe+ shall first be addressed through reasonable discussion. If unresolved, disputes may be handled under Sri Lankan law and through appropriate legal or arbitration procedures.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective once published on our website or platform.

Room booking -Cancellation & Refund Policy:
If the booking is canceled within 3 days from the booking date, a full refund (100%) will be provided. If canceled within 7 days from the booking date, a 50% refund will be provided. No refund will be provided after 7 days from the booking date.
Bus Booking Cancellation & Refund Policy:
If the booking is canceled 48 hours before the departure time, a 75% refund will be provided. If the booking is canceled 24 hours before the departure time, a 25% refund will be provided. No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure or after the departure time.
Refunds will be processed through your original payment method/account. The refund will be issued within 3 business days after approval.
