These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TouchMe+ website, mobile application, and related services (the “Platform”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
TouchMe+ is a Sri Lankan technology platform connecting passengers with licensed private bus operators for intercity travel. We do not operate buses. We act solely as a booking intermediary.
Service fees are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 7 working days. TouchMe+ reserves the right to delay or deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud or policy abuse.
Bus operators are solely responsible for vehicle safety, driver conduct, insurance compliance, and passenger safety. TouchMe+ is not liable for operator negligence.

Our total liability shall not exceed the ticket fare paid.
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, strikes, fuel shortages, government restrictions, or emergencies.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TouchMe+, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising from misuse of the platform.
Disputes shall first be resolved via arbitration under Sri Lankan law. Unresolved disputes may be brought before courts in Sri Lanka. Proceedings shall be conducted in English.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
